BUBBY DACER and EMMANUEL CORBITO were burned to death but the charred remains recovered. RUBY ROSE BARRAMEDA-JIMENEZ killed and the cadaver enclosed in a steel drum filled with cement was buried under water- still recovered. The persons responsible for these heinous crimes may be those who did not study their criminal laws and the rules of evidence. Either they were not reminded or they did not really know at all that all homicide investigations start with the discovery of the corpus delicti or the body of the crime. Without the corpus delicti, there is not even a homicide to speak of for how do you claim death when the dead person is not even recovered lest identified? Unless a corpus delicti has been established, cases would always remain to be “missing persons investigations.”
To this, killers may be said to capitalize on their ruthlessness and not really on wits. Given the chance, I would like to personally witness when these killers get autopsied just so that I could see whether their brains are relatively smaller in size than the ordinary. For apart from not formulating the best way to hide their evil acts, it seems that their brains are too small to imagine the pains that it will cause the families of their victims. Their brains may be too small to realize that there is life after earth and those who treacherously take the life of the weak will face justice in the hands of the Lord on the other side.
I pray that the Lord provide the families of victims not only with bigger brains, but the hearts of steel to endure the long and hard route to justice.

Can you give further details? such as kung ano ang pinapakita ng lalaki mong prof at kung ginagawa nya ba ito kung lasing lang sya o kahit hindi sya lasing. Sa babaeng prof, are u bothered by her keeping a humster inside the room and the fact that she has a stove inside? Please clarify and i can give you my advice

ReplyDeletesir tama po ba yung ginagawa ng mga prof ko, tuwing may klase kami, magchecheck lang po sya ng attendance, tapos lalabas na ulit ng classroom, tapos babalik siya kapag time na, pagbalik nya sa klase namin lasing na sya.
ReplyDeleteyung isa naman po, nagluluto sa loob ng klase, opo, meron syang ref. saka stove sa classroom, at yung alaga nyang hamster, dun na po nakalagay sa classroom, sir, tama po ba ang mga ginagawa ng prof ko? ano po bang pwede kong magawa? parang hindi po kasi maganda tignan yung ganung gawain ng mga teacher sa paningin ko.
